Phase 1 B –Demolition, Excavation & Septic System

Demolition
Since this was totally new construction, except for the garage, it was necessary to destruct before we could construct. The entire house was demolished and all materials removed from the site. Unfortunately we didn't take photos of the demolition at the time.

Excavation
The entire building site was excavated to prepare for the footings and foundation.

Septic System
A new Septic System was planned, excavated and constructed to bring it up to date per local building code.
