Phase 1 C – Footings & Foundation

A good foundation is another critical step to ensure that the rest of the construction process is accurate, plumb and level. Once the footings were framed and checked for accurancy, concrete was poured into the them. Shortly afterward the block was delivered and ready for the construction of the lower level walls.

The block walls were erected, including the installation of premium rubber foundation coating and 2" premium rigid foam insulation board at the footings as well the first 2' below grade for a thermal break.
