Phase 1A –New Home Planning Prior to the Start of Demolition

These are before photos of the previous home that was totally demolished and rebuilt over the course of about 5 months. Planning is crucial to any building project, especially with one as large and extensive as this one. Before any demolition could be started there were many necessary steps that had to be completed - cost estimates and client approvals, design and plans, building permits and more. We paid extra attention to all of the details, and used quality tradesmen and high quality materials.
