Phase 4 A – Ceramic Tile

Ceramic tile work must be done correctly so that it will stand the true test of time with lasting beauty and durability. At Spectrum Construction we only install ceramic tile over freshly placed wire reinforced concrete, over a water resistant barrier. Most companies only install their ceramic tile over cement board such as dura-rock™ or wonder board™ which are products that "do not" provide an adequate base for the ceramic tile for optimal strength. The ceramic tile or stone is then cemented to the concrete with thinset mortar that further insures its stability.

Ceramic tile work, like all other work that Spectrum performs, is done the right way all the time using the time tested techniques that have been used for centuries.
