Dining Room – Completion

The view and placement of the structure on the land is sometimes one of the most overlooked aspects of construction.

At Spectrum we know that the view this home was afforded was predestined due to the lake aspect and the very dramatic view. The placement of the large glass openings on that elevation of the home made the view to the lake that much more appealing and allowed greater access to the rear deck using the large Pella™ sliding patio doors.
