Jim, the owner has been in the construction trade since 1968. His Father began his career in the construction industry in 1957 and instilled in Jim, the discipline, guidance, integrity and respect, that precedes every decision not only in the work he performs but in everyday life as well. He personally labored and apprenticed under master tradesmen, from foundation experts to roofing experts and everything in between, until he was able to duplicate that same level of craftsmanship that he was taught. He took and passed a rigorous test and obtained his Builders License in the State of Michigan in May of 1980. In September of 1980 he filed his DBA in Oakland County Michigan and started his own construction company. At that time, and today, over 95% of his business is generated through referrals which are by far, the best way to judge and gauge the success of a business and one of the most powerful statements an individual can offer.
